With the improvement of technology and enhancement of the globalization, working the virtual environment becomes more common in the service sector. The members of the virtual team, in general, come from the different time zone and in the case of the global virtual teams, the members come from the different linguistic and cultural background. All these reasons work as an obstacle to the communication within the group. Now, six lessons or important factors have been documented as those can play a vital role in the success of a virtual team.
